The hotel is located in a very central location to Novotel Cardiff centre. Café Heavenly Desserts located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I would say it's a fabulous base for staying and exploring Cardiff. The staff are reasonably good and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.- The service is really great, includes convenient parking.- There is the point that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

Rooms are well laid out with a view and free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a stunning and incredible location, close to bars, clubs, Cardiff Central train station, the castle, stadium.- It is also near a shopping street.- No reason to complain, perfect 10/10 stay.

The location was excellent and unbeatable - just next door to shops and sights, and bars, restaurants and shops. After long day I visited Steinbeck & Shaw for a couple of drinks.

Great looking and luxury place with reasonably good employees at the reception desk. What an excellent location close to centre! Based not far from shopping malls, eateries and Cardiff University and the restaurant for anything other than breakfast.
